We pay weekly on Friday. Any correction to the remuneration will be made on Monday after 12:00 PM.

Remuneration
We will send you both the salary specifications and the annual statements by e-mail.
We reserve money for you for various things. This includes holiday pay, days off, public holidays and short-term absenteeism. These reservations are visible on your pay slip. Holiday pay is added to the wages of migrant workers on a weekly basis and paid out immediately. You take days off when you want a day off from work. This reservation ensures that you will continue to be paid for that day.
The moment you leave Yellow’s employment, your remaining reservations will be paid within 6 weeks after leaving employment.
Payroll tax is calculated over your hours worked. In the white weekly wage table of the tax authorities you can find exactly what must be paid for which gross weekly wage.
Special rate is calculated at the moment that a “special” reward takes place. This is a bonus/performance reward and settlement of the reservations.

If you are unsure about your payslip, for example whether the salary paid to you is correct, you can contact your coordinator. This is your contact. He or she is present at the office every day from 09:00 to 17:00 and is ready to answer all your questions. If you are indeed right, a correction will be made at the next payout.

If you want to register with Yellow, you must be in possession of a valid European ID/passport.
When we offer you a contract, we also want to make copies of:
✓ RNI registration printout (BSN)
✓ ID / Passport (front and back)
✓ Bank card
✓ Health insurance card
Yellow has several passenger cars/buses. You may use this for commuting if you work for Yellow. If you own a private car, we will check whether you are eligible for travel allowance(s).
Leave and illness
If you work through us, you accrue days off. If you want to record hours, please discuss this with the client first. If this is approved, you can pass on your free hours/days to your coordinator.
Days off must be communicated no later than Friday, in the previous week. Longer holidays must be communicated at least 1 month in advance.
In the event of illness, you must personally report sick to both the Agency and the Client as soon as possible on the first day of absence, in any case before 8.30 am. The Agency can be reached by telephone from Monday to Saturday from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM on telephone number: 06-48170332
