3. Recruitment
Do you need security and do you want a fixed interpretation of the position? Also switch on Yellow. We take over the entire recruitment process from you and use our knowledge and experience to make the right match between your organization and the candidate. Our working method is aimed at finding the best candidate for your organization who has the right qualifications, meets the profile and fits your organization. That is why we start every recruitment & selection assignment with an introductory meeting to get to know your organization and map out the vacancy.
To achieve a successful match, we use an extensive procedure, consisting of actively approaching candidates, extensive selection interviews, obtaining references and a possible assessment. In the case of recruitment and selection, the professional will be employed by you and you will pay MF a one-off brokerage fee. We use fixed mediation percentages that are linked to specialist areas. Moreover, we work on a no cure, no pay basis. With this we give commitment to finding the right candidate. After all, you only pay when the new employee has signed his employment contract.
4. Secondment
Do you want the certainty that a temporary worker will remain available for a fixed period? And do you want to offer this employee more continuity, but do you not want to be bound by permanent contracts? Then secondment via Yellow offers the solution. We draw up a secondment contract for the temporary agency worker in question, in the form of an agency work employment contract without agency clause, for a predetermined period, in which we agree that the temporary agency worker will remain employed for a specified period of time without the contract being terminated in the short term. With secondment you keep the experience in-house, but you do not have to worry about employment contracts and possible employer risks in the event of illness and/or disability. We take care of this.
