Tips for making a good first impression
Application tips

Preparation
Make sure you read the vacancy, the information about the company and your own CV carefully. See if you can think of questions the interviewer might ask you. Also think about questions you want to ask the company.
Presentation
Do you want to appear representative and serious? Then choose an outfit that exudes professionalism. Nothing is worse than showing up for an interview in your old jeans, while the interviewer is sitting professionally across from you!

Be on time!
Late for an interview? You can’t make a worse impression! So make sure you are on time. Better too early than too late! This way you show that you are looking forward to it and that you can actually arrive on time. Will it still not work? Then contact the interviewer as soon as possible and indicate what time you can be there.
The interview
After entering the office, let the interviewer take a seat first. And greet everyone present with a hand or nod. Take your time to answer the questions you get. Look at the interviewer as much as possible, looking away represents uncertainty. Don’t play with a pen or paperclip and respond enthusiastically.
What are you bringing?
If you go to the job interview, it is useful to bring certain documents with you. The important documents are your passport/ID, bank card, possibly a driver’s license and possibly a residence permit.
