Corporate Social Responsibility
In addition to making the right combinations between client and employee, Yellow is engaged in corporate social responsibility. We are aware of the impact we as humans have on the world. We are all responsible for this and must therefore all ensure that the world remains as livable as possible.
What sustainable business looks like at Yellow:
In addition to smart and economical driving, Yellow has invested in electric cars and we want to ensure that the entire fleet is switched to electric cars where possible in the coming years.
In addition, we ensure that employees live as close as possible to the location where they work, to avoid having to drive long distances. All this to limit CO2 emissions as much as possible.
Yellow sees Corporate Social Responsibility as being social, thinking socially and acting socially. Yellow’s core values (Ambition, Commitment and Result) fit seamlessly with the values behind CSR.
Ambition:
Together with our employees, Yellow wants to grow, innovate, continue to learn and be a facilitating partner in the field of personnel issues.
Involved:
Yellow feels involved with clients, employees and the environment. We are social and work sustainably, taking into account the environment and climate.
Result:
Yellow is a company with a profit motive, where ‘working together’ really means ‘doing together’. We don’t exclude anyone. For us, a successful result is a carefree client and an employee who enjoys going to work.
Why Yellow?
We look for result-oriented solutions and stand for professionalism and quality. Our temporary workers work hard, are reliable and receive fair remuneration in accordance with the collective labor agreement. We ensure an optimal balance between the occupation within a department and the required capacity. This leads to high customer satisfaction. We offer an all-in concept by, among other things, offering temporary employment, mediation and an in-house service. In addition, we have a wide range of temporary workers, making us the permanent partner for all your personnel.
Tariff
Yellow works according to the Collective Labor Agreement for temporary workers of the NBBU. Under the law and regulations, temporary agency and/or payroll workers are entitled to equal pay for equal work. This means that the hourly wage is determined on the basis of the hirer’s remuneration. As a result, you will not get crooked faces on the work floor. We then apply a fixed conversion factor to the gross hourly wage.
